Inquiries about Aedifice, Wren, our jurisdictional availability, or our research. We answer on the record where we can and off the record where we cannot.
press@aedificeai.comBefore you write
A small amount of context in the first message saves a round of back-and-forth and, on an active filing, a lot more than that.
- Name the building
- Include the full street address and the jurisdiction. A question about a filing deadline is easy to answer when we know the building and impossible to answer when we do not.
- Cite the filing or record
- Where relevant, include the DOB job number, LPC docket, FISP report ID, planning application reference, or whatever record identifier the jurisdiction uses. The identifier saves the lookup round trip.
- Paste the output
- If the question concerns a Wren output, paste the relevant section of the draft, or attach a screenshot. Our team reads the original, not a paraphrase.
- State the deadline
- If there is a regulatory or contractual deadline attached to the question, say so in the first line. Active-filing tickets are routed ahead of general inquiries.
Paid support tiers
Every account includes the support channels above. Institutional clients receive a dedicated Slack Connect channel, a named partner engineer, and the quarterly business review described on the pricing page. Portfolio accounts running more than one jurisdiction can request the Slack Connect add-on separately.
We do not operate a 24/7 phone line. We do operate a 24/7 incident channel for confirmed, production-affecting incidents. The distinction matters because the first reads as theater and the second is the commitment.
