Pricing FAQ
- How is a building counted?
- A building is a single jurisdictional address under active engagement — typically identified by BBL, BIN, parcel ID, or equivalent. A campus or attached structures sharing a single tax lot count as one building where the jurisdiction treats it as one; otherwise each addressable structure is counted separately.
- Why per-building, not per-seat?
- Wren's workload scales with buildings, not with staff count. A firm running 50 buildings with 30 staff has the same agent workload as the same firm with 10 staff. Per-seat pricing penalizes large firms with shared review teams; per-building pricing aligns cost with actual work.
- What does the Trial include?
- Full Wren on one building for 14 days, with the demo corpus and sample data available alongside. No credit card required to start. The Trial converts to Pro on day 15 unless you cancel or contact sales for a Team/Enterprise plan.
- Do prices change by jurisdiction?
- The base per-building rate is constant across published Aedifice-live jurisdictions. Markets with significantly different regulatory load may carry adjustments; Pro and Team contracts include the full set of programs live in each Aedifice jurisdiction at the time of signature.
- Can I bring my own AI provider key?
- On Enterprise contracts, yes — bring-your-own-Anthropic-key, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex deployment is supported. On Pro and Team, model inference runs on Aedifice's infrastructure and is included in the per-building rate.
- What about API access?
- A Wren API for integration with internal systems is available on Team and Enterprise tiers. REST and webhook surfaces; rate-limited per portfolio. Contact sales for early access.
