We stay small on purpose. Every person who joins us joins a company that expects to still be building in fifty years.

Who we hire

We hire building professionals first. Licensed architects, engineers, and preservationists who have spent years stewarding buildings and want a system that treats their judgement as primary rather than incidental. The work they have done is the reason this company exists.

We hire research and engineering staff who want to spend a long time on a narrow problem. That means backend engineers who care about legibility across decades, AI researchers who think carefully about where autonomy ends, and compliance attorneys who read statutes for pleasure and can write the kind of precise prose that licensed humans can countersign.

The common thread is long-horizon thinking, craft, and an unwillingness to ship broken work. If the last thing you built would embarrass you in five years, this is not the right fit.

    Writing is primary.

    Decisions are made in prose. If it cannot be written down, it cannot be shipped.

    Every output that leaves a building carries a licensed seal. Nothing is autonomous at the edge.

    The list of out-of-scope cases is maintained with the same care as the list of shipped features.
